Police said two armed men forced their way into the apartment and opened fire. A 21-year-old man died after being transported to a hospital. The other victim, a 19-year-old man, was transported to the Ohio State University Medical Center in critical condition.
Police said witnesses described two men leaving the scene. One man has a tattoo on the side of his neck that says "Chucky." The other man has braids and a chipped tooth.
