The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning until midnight for Franklin county… Snow will spread across the area Wednesday morning and continue through the day before tapering off in the evening. The snow will last until 9 p.m., and then we'll see scattered flurries. Total accumulation will reach 5 inches, with the overnight low temperature dropping to 5 degrees.
It will be cloudy on Thursday, with occasional snow showers. Very cold conditions will continue, with highs reaching 11 degrees… those bitter cold temperatures will continue on Friday. It will be 5 below zero on Friday morning, with the afternoon high temperature reaching 7 degrees.
