Investigators said that Tom Swanson, 54, was killed inside the family's home. Family members said that three children under 16 years old were inside the home at the time of the slaying. A neighbor, who requested anonymity, said he was with the couple during the Memorial Day weekend and saw no problems.

Brown said that he was not surprised that his brother was killed. He said he never thought much of his brother's second wife. While he was happy that Dairessa Swanton was arrested, nothing will bring his brother back.
